Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.

Ship the item back using the original or equivalent packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
